Elite Dental is a full service Dental Laboratory in Northern Indiana. We are members of multiple associations as well as serve on the board of the AIDL (Association of Indiana Dental Labs). Elite Dental is one of only six Bruxzir Authorized Laboratories in Indiana and offers a wide variety of all ceramic products including Bruxzir16, Bruxzir Anterior, Prettau Shaded, and Emax (Lithium Disilicate).

Our Laboratory is equipped with Cad/Cam technology including the Sironna inEous X5 & inEous Blue Scanners, three in lab mills including the Sirona Lab MC XL, and the Roland DWX-50 Mill. We offer Designs on software through both Sirona and 3Shapes and can accept all digital impressions making it convenient for you to have your restorations fabricated no matter what in-office system you are currently using. Elliot started in the dental profession at a young age. He spent many days following his father to his dental office. At the age of 18 he then went to Provo Utah where he completed an internship and was able to learn the laboratory business. After coming back to Indiana and working in a local laboratory for two years, Elliot started his own Laboratory in Rochester IN, in 2006. In 2013 he started SmileCad, a digital technology center specializing in same day digital smiles.
Mark is a 2013 dental laboratory graduate of IPFW. He holds the certification of RG (Registered Graduate). After finishing a six-month internship at Elite Dental Laboratory, he joined TeamElite as a full time technician. He continues to perfect his skills through continued education and his daily assignments at Elite.
Matt has 14 years of experience in management, most recently as Executive Director and IT Administrator where he managed the office, day-to-day operations, and all technology needs of a local church with a weekly attendance up to 600 people. He came to Elite Dental in February of 2015 and has been focusing his efforts on our continued commitment to customer service.
Robert came to Elite Dental in May of 2014. He started in the model department but his experience doesn’t stop there. He has also been instrumental in the setup of our current lab production system as well as numerous office tasks and driving one of our routes. Robert continues to perfect his skills in the model department and is a proud part of TeamElite.
Shanna graduated from Indiana University in 2006 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. That same year, along with husband Elliot, started Elite Dental Laboratory. With strong organizational skills she has worked hard at growing the lab yet keeping that “small town personal” attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Shanna currently serves as the Financial and Human Resource manager.
